This Amethyst statement necklace is made with luscious purple stones in a variety of hues and textures. Its boho glam styling lends itself beautifully to a summer maxi in summer or sweater dress in winter. So versatile!
To create this big bold chunky beauty, I used a huge Agate freeform slice that measures 3" x 2" and containes swirls of gorgeous purples and white. I wire-wrapped it using silver non-tarnish wire and there are crystals wrapped into the bail. The pendant is flanked by more crystals and antique silver accents. There are lavender Amethyst fancy slabs on either side, followed by deep purple raw Amethyst hammered points. At the back are a few more crystals and an ornate antique silver toggle clasp.
My wish is that my creations are worn and loved for many years to come. For this reason, in addition to beautiful stones and beads, I use only the very best professional grade, nylon-coated stainless steel beading wire and sterling silver crimps.
