The royal blue and glossy midnight black stones in this piece give it a rich, bold look, and the pendant give it lovely texture.
To create this necklace, I used an extra large natural blue Dragon Veins Agate Druzy Geode stone measuring 65mm x 39mm x 14mm. It is a natural, freeform shape with faceted edges, and sparkling crystallization on the front. This amazing Druzy specimen is suspended from a strand of natural, glossy black Onyx wavy oval stones. On either side of the pendant, I placed lovely blue glass nuggets, and opaque royal blue crystal rondelles and silver accents. Between the Onyx ovals, I placed smaller blue crystal faceted rondelles and silver accents. At the very back are is a opaque royal blue crystal accent and a few more blue faceted crystals. This bold beauty is fastened with a silver hook and eye clasp.
My wish is that my creations are worn and loved for many years to come. For this reason, in addition to beautiful stones, I use only the very best professional grade, nylon-coated stainless steel beading wire and sterling silver crimps. These ensure that your Prairie Ice jewelry has exceptional strength, flexibility and longevity.
